DESCRIPTION

On Orange Season I worked in its last 3 years of development as one of its main programmers.

My tasks were very wide ranging but included the following:

  • Reworking its entire interaction system

  • Implementing its settings menu

  • Implementing its in game achievement system

  • Implementing one of its festival minigames

  • Reworking its inventory storage system

  • Creating its randomized spawning system for items populating the world

  • Creating its randomized mine system.

  • Bug fixes

 

Outside of my programming work i was also part of designing some of its game mechanics. And responsible for large parts of the communication between the dev team and the external porting team.
